_How do I order bulk swag items and custom kits?_

For bulk swag orders or custom kits, you’ll work directly with the sales team. Bulk swag orders and custom kits typically have a minimum of 50 items and take 4–6 weeks to produce after mockups are approved and the invoice is paid.

## **Start your order**

1.  Set up a call with the sales team. See [Book a call](https://www.ongoody.com/business/book-a-call) for details. 
    
2.  Finalize your gift details with your account executive.
    
3.  Receive and approve mockups.
    
4.  Sign the order form.
    
5.  Receive and pay the invoice via QuickBooks.
    
6.  Approve production proofs.
    
7.  Begin production.
    

After production begins, a digital SKU is created in your Goody account so you can send the gift digitally.
