# Send a business gift

_How do I use Goody to send a business gift?_

Send a business gift by selecting a gift, adding recipients, and completing checkout. Goody lets you send gifts without collecting the recipient’s shipping address.

## **1\. Choose a sending method**

1.  Go to the **Send page**.
    
2.  Select a sending method:
    
    *   **Send via email or gift link**
        
    *   **Ship directly to address**
        

If you choose email or gift link, recipients receive a notification, accept the gift, and enter their own shipping details. You are charged only when a gift is accepted. We recommend this option for most gifts.

## **2\. Choose a gift**

Select a gift option:

*   A specific gift from the catalog
    
*   A Gift of Choice
    
*   Branded swag
    
*   A curated Collection
    

A Gift of Choice allows recipients to select a gift within your budget. A Collection lets you offer multiple gift options in a single send.

## **3\. Add a digital card and message**

1.  Select a digital card.
    
2.  Enter your message.
    

Uploading a custom card requires a paid plan. When sending to multiple recipients, use merge tags such as **#{{First name}}** or **#{{Full name}}** to personalize messages automatically.

## **4\. Add recipients**

1.  Add one or more recipients.
    
2.  Enter required details:
    
    *   First name
        
    *   Email address
        
3.  (Optional) Add a phone number for SMS notifications.
    
4.  (Optional) Upload a CSV file to add recipients in bulk.
    

## **5\. Configure settings and payment**

1.  Review gift settings:
    
    *   Gift expiration date
        
    *   Gift swap preferences
        
    *   Notification settings
        
    *   International shipping options (paid plans only)
        
2.  Select a payment method:
    
    *   Credit card
        
    *   Pre-funded balance
        

These settings control how the gift is delivered and how recipients can redeem it.

## **6\. Send the gift**

1.  Review the gift details.
    
2.  Choose an option:
    
    *   **Send now**
        
    *   **Schedule delivery**
        

After sending, you receive a shareable gift link. You can track delivery and acceptance status from the Track page.
